How to make a reservation online for the
Texas Ag Industries

1. Go to http://www.reservations.tbarm.com/irm
2. Check T Bar M Groups & Conferences
3. Enter Group # Texas Ag
4. Enter Password TAIA Continue through
5. Enter correct data (you will need to adjust the # of nights to read correctly or it will not work)
6 Search for availability
7. Choose room type
8. Verify all data, go to the bottom of the screen and continue
9. Virtual store – Conference Package and meals along with some optional purchases
10. At the bottom of the screen click continue if making a purchase or skip to continue with reservation
11. Enter personal data on Reservation Entry Form
12. Click Make Reservation
13. Receive confirmation
